There is no need to return the product you got. We will be able to make a decision based on the photo you send. We can also arrange a refund for it, instead of re-delivering the same.

In case if you want to change the personalization, you should send the product back to us. You will have to bear the shipping expenses. Then we will make the changes to the product and take appropriate steps to re-ship. However, we encourage you to drop us an email and clearly explain what you expect to be changed, so that we can work on it.
