What ages are these books designed for?

Our stories are made for children from 1 to 10 years old. You'll find a more precise age range on the story webpage for each individual book. Vocabulary, plot topics, and relevant lessons are suited to each specific age group.

Are your books appropriate for both boys and girls?

Absolutely! You'll choose the gender of the main character during personalization.

Can I add gift wrapping for my book?

Not yet. Gift wrapping will be available soon.

What languages are the books available in?

We currently offer books in English, Arabic, and Spanish and plan to offer Italian, German, and French versions of each book in the future.

What is book personalization?

Personalization refers to the process of selecting details that customize each book for your individual child.

What things can I personalize?

Characteristics of the main character can be personalized to match your child's appearance, including name, gender, skin tone, eye color, and hairstyle. Books can be further personalized by adding a dedication and providing a family photo for the back cover.

What is the maximum name length?

Currently we allow for a maximum length of 15 characters. If you require space for a longer name, message us directly and we'll figure it out!

Can I see what my book will look like before I order?

Yes. You'll be able to preview the book in its entirety prior to ordering. The full book preview is available after choosing a story and creating its character.

What are my shipping options?

Shipping rates vary by location and depend on the package weight, but average around $5 for the standard option and $20 for the express option.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At the moment, we ship orders within the UAE, the USA, India, Canada, the UK, and Spain. We ship orders to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman. However, we look forward to launching deliveries in Italy, Germany, and France in 2023.

How long does printing take?

Books go to print immediately after you place the order. Because each book is a customized item, each one is made to order and usually takes about three days to print. Shipping times do not include printing time.

What if I encounter a problem while placing my order?

Simply reach out to us directly! We're happy to assist in any way.

Can I correct or cancel my order?

You will have an opportunity to review the details of your storybook and order before finalizing it. You may edit or cancel your order for up to one hour after placing it and clicking Pay.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

I have a discount code. How do I apply my savings?

During the checkout process, you'll see a box on the right side of the shopping cart page. Enter your discount code then click Apply to apply it to your order.
